On Sunday evening, May 3th, a group of at least 40 soldiers performed
military training in the Palestinian neighborhood of Tel Rumeida in
occupied Al-Khalil (Hebron), Palestine.

During the almost one
hour long training, heavily armed soldiers were occupying the streets,
impeding movement for Palestinian residents. Several persons were forced
to give a lengthy description of where exactly they are living before
eventually being allowed to proceed on their way home.

The armed
Israeli forces pointed their machine-guns at Palestinians walking by and
created an intimidating atmosphere in the neighborhood.

This was
already the third military exercise in Tel Rumeida documented by ISM
within seven weeks. During these trainings, the army sometimes occupies
Palestinian houses and gardens.

International volunteers documenting this aggression were insulted by soldiers throughout the training.
